[ Polish – Taiwanese – French Food Party]

Sat. night, 15:40pm.

Adam and I took bus 10&24 to Paulina.

Before we reached Paulina's house, We did not forget to go bieronka to pick some eggs.

Near Pualina's house there is a very beautiful church which just looks like a white casstle.

Surprisingly, the sound ( bell rings) from this Church is not dan dan dan as usual church bell ring tone. Rather than that it is a cute melody. This melody remind me some video games. For example, in super Mario, there is also same kind of melody when you enter the cattle. So ,my conclusion is this church is just too much like a Castle to me.

When Adam and I arrived Paulina's house, its around 16:20pm. There are already many people in the house - Pualina, Piotr, Dominika, Adam ( Dominika's husband), Tymak ( lovely baby from Dominika ) , Paulina's roommate, another blond lady and his son who is 8 years old but looks like 11 years old.

So, for not wasting any time, and for everybody is hungry, I started to cook my Taiwanese food.

It is MA PO TOFU and GREEN ONION OMELET.

The whole process took me maybe 40 min. Paulina was very helpful while I cooked , she tried to provide me everything I need including a apron. Well, and I am surprise Paulina also tried to memorize how I made these two dishes. For examle,she remember I put 1/3 water in the process of cooking. But I personally didn't even notice how much water I put. This is Paulina, she is always concern about everything and things we usually are not noticed .

After 1 hour later all of the food is almost done. On table, we have :

    

   1. Fresh tomato ( which I love so much 

   2. Fresh and delicious Salad

   3. All kinds of chess ( including a kind of salty blue cheese)

   4. Green onion omelet

   5. Ma Po tofu

   6. Russian Pielogi ( Homemade / including the skin!! inside its potato & cheese)

It is a ' Pick Up Party ' that I never attended before.

I have only watched this like of party style on TV in asia.

It is like this : everybody has a plate and pick whatever you want on table then you pick a place on floor to site down. It is a very casual party. Rather to called it as a party, it is more likely a friend's gathering time. Everybody was enjoying the food, music, casual talks, and laugh.

After everybody is full, Paulina did not forget to serve everybody a french desert – Chocolate Pear. 

It is so nice and delicious. It is made by fresh Pear and all cover by sweet chocolate. On top of this chocolate Pear, there is even a cute golden Bow-knot. So cute and nice.

It earns everybody's praise. Well , you know...who can resist chocolate???

So it is our Food Party, It is successful and nice.

We are looking forward to see each other again in following days.
